Based on a trusted friend's recommendation, I reached out to Lynn to help design a new life for an old ring that had been sitting in a box. After a couple texts/conversations, I felt comfortable shipping the ring (I'm out of state) to Gray's. Within ... a day of receiving it, Lynn sent a sketch for a necklace design which I loved. They came up with a clever design to repurpose part of the ring that I wasn't sure could be reused. It's unique and fun! A couple days later the piece was completed and I had it the next day. We had a delightful visit to Gray's a few weeks ago. My wedding band (53 years) needed mending. When I was in my 20's I broke my finger and the doctor had to cut my ring off. I go here to get my watch battery replaced and they are always so helpful and kind. I prefer them over the places in the mall any day. I'd much rather do my shopping at a local business.

Broke a pin on my watch bracelet. Took my watch there and had the pin replaced. Took only a few minutes, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Great service.
